At the time of enrollment, Pink conducts a fitness evaluation and body composition analysis using the Body Analyser which gives you an accurate reading of one's fitness level and exact fat content. Based on this, we set personal goals and our Nutrionists and certified trainers are also present to motivate your achieve your goals. At Pink you will enjoy the Pink Express, a 30 minute workout that includes strength training. By completing a lap around the circuit, you work out every major muscle group in your body. Since most of the machines work two muscle groups simultaneously, the work out takes half the time it would in a traditional gym.
