An informative and educative Antenatal workshop by LifeCell International for expectant mothers in Kolkata (Chennai, June 21, 2009)
 
LifeCell International Pvt. Ltd., the pioneers in umbilical cord blood stem cell banking, research & therapy in India, organised an Antenatal Workshop for expectant mothers in Kolkata today at the Senator Hotel. The workshop was attended by many expectant mothers and was conducted by Dr. Sonali Shivlani, an antenatal specialist from Mumbai.
 
The class spoke on the various measures to have a safe and enjoyable pregnancy and taught the eager mothers to prepare for labour, delivery and early motherhood. First time mothers found the classes especially beneficial as they learnt techniques of relaxation, exercises and massaging skills to stay healthy during pregnancy and even after delivery. That apart, they were also provided with information on stem cell
banking.
